Your Needs Are Our Concern

  • Your time is valuable, which is why we will not keep you waiting. We make every effort to provide prompt treatment at your appointment time. However, dental emergencies do occur on occasion, and we appreciate your understanding when those situations arise.

  • We will work with you to find convenient hours to fit your busy schedule. Evening and Saturday hours are available. Please give us a call!

  • Our newly expanded and remodeled examination rooms provide a clean, relaxed setting that focuses on your comfort.

  • We use the latest sterilization and infection control procedures. The dental staff routinely wears masks, gloves, and protective eyewear. We use disposable equipment whenever possible. We ultrasonically clean and then sterilize reusable equipment (instruments) and clean and sterilize the dental handpieces (drills). We also disinfect all surfaces in our treatment rooms after each patient.

  • Our friendly, courteous staff is always willing to answer your questions and help process insurance forms.

  • We make every effort to provide dental care that fits your timetable and budget.

  • Our excellent recall system will help remind you when it is time for your regular check-up. We offer e-mail reminders for appointments; and for those without e-mail, we also have postcard reminders.

Office Policies

  • We would appreciate having all forms filled out and signed prior to your appointment. Please feel free to print the necessary forms from the website.

  • Bring your current insurance card or information with you to your appointments. Always let us know if your insurance changes.

  • Please alert the receptionist to any changes in your dental and medical health since your last visit with us.

  • Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for appointments may have to reschedule.

  • WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments will unfortunately result in a missed appointment fee.

Payment Policies

    • Payment and/or a payment agreement are due at the time of treatment.

    • Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. As a third party to this agreement, we will assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms for this benefit.

    • Health insurance can be confusing, and you may have questions about your policy. We will be happy to review your coverage with you, and to help you find the answers to your questions.

    • We gladly accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
