Dr. Rich Flores took over practice operations full-time from Dr. Ken Nevar in January 2018. He was born on the west side and grew up in Westlake. Dr. Flores graduated from Saint Ignatius High School and attended Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating cum laude. He then attended dental school at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2013. Immediately upon graduation, he entered private practice in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Flores is very excited to be home practicing dentistry amongst family and friends. He believes in compassionate, quality dental care provided in a comfortable setting, and firmly adheres to treating patients as if they are family – in both attitude and treatment recommendations. Dr. Flores enjoys dentistry because it’s a perfect mix of art and science, allowing him to interact with people on a personal level.
In his spare time, he loves rooting for his hometown sports teams: the Browns, Cavs, Indians, and Buckeyes. Dr. Flores also likes to stay active and participates in rec leagues for basketball, football, softball, and volleyball. He is thrilled to be a part of the Willoughby community and is very much looking forward to meeting you at your next visit.
